В основе сруб дома 4х6м. с террасой 2х6м. мансарда надстроена над террасой.

Дом построен по индивидуальному проекту, но за основу был взят типовой проект дома из бруса 4х6м ДБ-2, к нему дозаказана терраса 2х6 и увеличение мансарды, на стоимость это влияет незначительно, так как фронтон дома переносится на два метра, прибавляется несколько стропильных досок, выпуски под террасу, вагонка на подшивку потолка террасы и террасная доска. Такой дом – это идеальное решение для садоводов, приятный, уютный и недорогой.

Строительство дома производилось в Девяткино, поселок Мурино, рядом с метро Девяткино.
