Строительство каркасно-щитовой бани производилось по индивидуальному проекту Заказчика.
Требования Заказчика к бане: Баня под ключ с печкой, чистовой отделкой и на свайно-винтовом фундаменте. Возможность круглогодичного использования бани. Большая и вместительная комната отдыха.
За основу был взят стандартный проект бани размером 4х6м, Заказчикам хотелось большую открытую террасу к бане, исходя из условий застройки участка было принято решение пристраивать открытую веранду к торцу бани, как бы продлевая ее, хотя рентабельнее строить баню 6х6м, в этом случае терраса получается 2х6м.
Строительство бани под ключ возможно только при строительстве бани в каркасном исполнении. (В брусовом исполнении желательна разбивка на этапы: 1-строительство сруба бани, 2-отделка бани (производится после усадки и усушки бруса)). Поэтому Заказчиками была выбрана каркасная технология строительства бани, а для возможности круглогодичной эксплуатации бани мы утеплили ее 100мм плитами базальтовой ваты PAROC extra 50 мм в два слоя с перехлестыванием стыков.
При строительстве бани в один этап по каркасной технологии производится полноценная чистовая отделка, обшивка бани внутри евровагонкой, установка печки и дымохода и ничего не перекашивается и не проседает, как в случае строительства бани из бруса под ключ. Баня под ключ с печкой, в бане установлена печка «Ермак элит 12 ПС», печка заводского производства с панорамным остеклением топки, вывод дымохода через крышу, дымоходы двухконтурные сендвич, бак для воды на трубе на 60 л, вывод воды в мойку бани, изоляция печки и топки плитами минерит, под минеритом прокладывается негорючая изоляция роквул фаербатс rockwool.
Для комфортного пребывания в бане и большего объема пара в парной была увеличена высота потолка в бане до 235см (высота потолков в стандартных «пестовских» домах 230см или 17-ть венцов профилированного бруса и это без учета усадки и усушки сруба).
Строительство каркасной бани 4х9м производилось в Ленинградской Области Санкт-Петербурга, в самом центре поселка городского типа Токсово. Участок сухой, грунты устойчивые, выбор фундамента под баню пал на винтовые сваи в виду их популярности и соотношению цена-качество.
Комплектация каркасной бани 4х6м с открытой террасой 3х4м:

— обвязка двойная из бруса 150х150мм с креплением каждого подпятника сваи к обвязке сантехническими шурупами
— лаги из бруса 50х150мм с шагом 58-59см в чистоте
— каркас из доски 40х100мм с шагом 58-59см в чистоте
— лаги перекрытия из бруса 40х150мм через 58-59см в чистоте
— стропила из доски 40х150мм
— полы 38х145мм камерной сушки сорт АВ, крепление на саморезы
